Responsibilities
We are committed to expanding our clinic network across Australia. We seek a Network Expansion Manager (NEM) to oversee onboarding of new clinics and the development of greenfield locations. This role is hands-on, results-driven, and ideal for someone passionate about clinic operations, relationship building, sales, and leadership.
Open to candidates from Sydney or Melbourne!
Lead development and onboarding of acquired and greenfield clinics, ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual within timelines.
Train, mentor, and support clinic teams to meet sales targets and provide high-quality client care.
Manage clinic performance with full P&L responsibility, ensuring compliance with Audika standards.
Implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives to grow clinic visibility.
Lead up to 12 clinics, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and collaboration.
Success in this role requires:
Proven leadership in regional or divisional operations and sales management, preferably in retail multi-site settings.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales, operations, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and building relationships.
Tech-savviness, attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in Windows applications.
Adaptability, results orientation, and a commitment to exceeding targets.
