Are you passionate about singing and helping others find their voice? Bam Bam Music is looking for a dynamic and skilled Vocal Coach to join our team, specialising in individual singing lessons.
About the Role
As a vocal coach, you'll work one-on-one with students ranging from complete beginners to experienced singers, helping them develop their vocal technique, improve their confidence, and discover their unique sound. Your expertise will guide students towards their goals — whether preparing for AMEB or other vocal exams, auditioning for musicals, performing in gigs, recording in the studio, or simply singing for the love of it.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised vocal lessons tailored to each student's needs.
* Teach correct vocal techniques, breathing exercises, and warm-ups to protect and strengthen the voice.
* Adapt your teaching style to suit different ages, abilities, and musical interests.
* Support students in building confidence, stage presence, and performance skills.
* Keep up-to-date with current vocal trends, repertoire, and genres.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Strong background in singing with proven vocal technique. Previous coaching or teaching experience is highly valued.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of vocal anatomy, technique, and a variety of musical styles.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and connect with students.
* Passion: A genuine love for music and a commitment to helping others grow as vocalists.
Location
Lessons are usually conducted in person, with occasional online sessions depending on your availability and student needs.

Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
