We are now seeking to add a talented property lawyer to drive their flourishing high-end property practice.
YOUR ROLE
As a KEY lawyer in the firm, reporting to and being mentored by the senior partner (an industry leading practitioner with 35+ years' expertise in property and business law, you will relish the variety, challenge and rewards of advising/transacting on a full-spectrum of high end residential/commercial/industrial/retail/aged-care property matters (including due diligence, acquisitions, planning, structuring, joint ventures, finance, construction, leasing, management and sales).
You will enjoy the autonomy managing your own practice/clients +support of senior paralegals/junior lawyers+ partaking in business development/marketing activities to further grow the practice.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are an admitted lawyer in NSW+have minimum 3-10+ years PAE property law experience (no maximum limit);
* Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own property law files from start to finish including high-end large-scale/complex residential/commercial/industrial/retail property transactions across multiple stages of the development cycle from acquisition through to sales .
* Have strong technical property law skills/knowledge+drafting/negotiation/client-management skills;
* are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city (Coffs Harbour)+ hungry to MAKE YOUR MARK and advance your career long-term with an impressive firm +improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
