**YOUR ROLE**
- Deliver friendly, fast & efficient service to every customer.
- Be a true JD ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products, trends, in-store promotions and processes.
- Sell our products and work as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- We're looking for flexibility—weekends, late nights, and public holidays are a must You'll need full availability in December and January to help us tackle the holiday rush
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service roles and/or a genuine passion for connecting with people
- Strong communication skills, someone who can engage confidently with customers
- Passionate about sports or fashion, has a genuine love for the JD Brand
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and ability to work as a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills
**OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS**
**Applications open on 13th September and close on**:
27th September for QLD, VIC, NZ & TAS
4th October for SA, NT, WA, ACT & NSW
Seasonal contracts **start in early November and end in February 2025**,** **with a chance to stay on based on store needs.
