Restaurant Shift Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager/Supervisor to support our Restaurant Manager in managing the customer service team and restaurant in a high-volume bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in successfully running day-to-day business operations.
* Lead customer service shifts and supervise a small-to-medium-sized front-line customer service team.
* Maintain professionalism, personal presentation, and be willing to work collaboratively with the team.
* Manage team members on your shift, ensuring they adhere to company policies at all times.
* Maintain a safe working environment in relation to occupational health and safety (OHS) and food safety and hygiene.
About You:
* You have excellent customer service experience.
* You must have management experience and preferably have managed teams of up to 10 people in previous roles.
* You are prepared to work weekends and evenings as required by the business.
* You can confidently manage a team, including directing, disciplining, and providing encouragement.
