This is a successful agency that focus on changing consumer behaviour by activating blue chip brands in theretail, services & digital environmentsviaBrand Strategy, Creative Development, Print, POS, Promotions, Shopper Marketing orDigital execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and presenting strategies and performance updates to ensure alignment.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop marketing strategies that drive growth, oversee campaign execution, and use data to optimize results.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a high-performance culture while promoting professional development and the agency's values.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgets, ensure profitability, and handle billing and financial discrepancies.
* Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, lead pitches, and stay on top of industry trends.Approve project budgets, lead client negotiations, and make strategic decisions to enhance client satisfaction and agency profitability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Manage high-profile FMCG & B2B accounts.
* Achieve revenue and team margin targets.
* Deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
* Foster team growth and contribute to business expansion.
Required Skills & Capabilities:
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Strong strategic, financial, and project management expertise.
* Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Wayahead, and StreamTime.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Personal Attributes:
* Client-focused, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
* High integrity with a passion for continuous improvement.
* 6+ years of experience
* Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
* Experience in managing people and teams
* Possess a creative mindset
