Key Responsibilities
1. Leading strategic oversight of multiple interdependent projects within the Aviation Operations team.
2. Collaborating with project sponsors to plan and manage the program lifecycle aligned with operational goals.
3. Tracking progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions.
4. Facilitating communication across teams to ensure program success.
5. Supporting governance through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, purchase orders, rostering, and meetings.

About You
* Qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in program or project coordination within complex operational environments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams.

* Understanding of airport operations is highly regarded.
