About the Role We're looking for a Lead .NET Integration Developer to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable integration solutions across a critical business platform. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you'll guide a team of developers, define solution architecture in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure best-in-class outcomes in reliability, performance, and security. What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade integrations using Azure Integration Services Architect and build code-first integrations using .NET and Azure Functions Promote modern patterns like event-driven architecture, publish-subscribe, and API-first integration Define and enforce development standards, integration best practices, and reusable components Oversee secure API development and management via Azure API Management Guide and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and manage development priorities Implement monitoring, logging, and telemetry for end-to-end observability Collaborate with Architects, BAs, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-performing and secure solutions through CI/CD pipelines What You'll Bring 7 years in software development, with 5 years in enterprise integration Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role Deep expertise with Azure Integration Services - Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Azure Functions Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, asynchronous messaging, and secure API development Experience delivering robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Solid knowledge of OAuth2, API gateways, and microservice security in distributed systems Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum teams Ready to Apply?
