Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position the company's solutions as the preferred choice.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the electronic security or related industries (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms).
* Strong knowledge of the electronic security sector and a solid understanding of current technology trends.
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
* Familiarity with the Melbourne market is highly desirable.
