Key Responsibilities
* Front-of-house excellence: Welcome guests, manage calls and queries.
* Office operations: Maintain the office, manage supplies, equipment, vendors, and health and safety.
* Event mastermind: Plan and run staff socials, client functions, charity days, and all-hands events.
* IT coordination: Partner with tech support, prepare laptops and software for new starters.
* People support: Onboard and offboard employees, handle ad-hoc admin for the team.
* Continuous improvement: Keep spaces sparkling, processes lean, and costs in check.

Requirements
* You have proven success juggling office admin and event logistics, preferably in a professional-services environment.
* You are a ninja-level Outlook/Word/Excel user, with unflappable organisational skills and meeting deadlines.
* You have basic IT skills for setting up laptops and AV for meetings.
* You are a warm and upbeat communicator who naturally builds trust across teams and vendors.
* You have an eye for detail, high energy, and the resilience to pivot when plans change.
