About the Role
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from listed multinationals to SMEs. Your key responsibilities will include preparation of financial statements and tax returns for various entity types, excluding SMSFs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for all entity types (excluding SMSF)
* Dive into complex, interesting work - corporate and international tax, business structuring, R&D, business valuations, due diligence, succession planning, and complex transactions.
* Provide creative and dynamic advisory services to clients, optimising their financial position.
* Div7A, CGT, and FBT calculations.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant with 5+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm. You should have tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce and a CA/CPA qualification must be completed at time of application. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a willingness to collaborate and work in a team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* 5+ years previous experience working in an Australian accounting firm
* Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce
* Knowledge of MYOB and XERO
* CA/CPA qualification must be completed at time of application
* Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills
* A willingness to collaborate, & work in a team
