Company Description
Upscale Carbon is a Carbon Project Developer that is unique in terms of its connection to Australian Agriculture and the relationships and trust that it builds with landholders. Our growing team is passionate about active land management and we are focused on finding economically viable solutions to maximise returns to the agricultural sector while incentivising long‑term sustainable land management.
We are expanding our team to build on our success and help achieve our purpose of supporting projects that deliver ACCUs to graziers and farmers. Upscale Carbon is focused primarily on Land‑Based Carbon Methodologies that seek to sequester carbon within vegetation.
Upscale Carbons guiding principle is to develop carbon projects that support a landholder's agricultural business – rather than substitute for it. We strongly believe that well‑designed and well‑implemented projects can improve the productivity and profitability of primary production businesses in Australia while protecting and regenerating native landscapes.
Upscale Carbon is a values driven company and it is important that new staff are aligned with the culture we have been fostering for many years. These values include:
* Authenticity
* Hunger
* Resilience
* Accountability
* No Dickheads
Upscale Carbon is part of the Upscale Group which has 7 high performing managed funds. The funds currently own a number of properties across 75,000 hectares in Qld with 95 investors and approx. $80m under management.
The Upscale Group has offices in Chinchilla, Toowoomba and Charleville – and we are proud to be a regionally based business that focuses on diversifying revenue streams for agricultural properties.
