What are we looking for?
As an Iteration Manager / Business Analyst in the Engineering group, you will support multiple technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through agile delivery, workflow coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage delivery activities, gather and refine business requirements, and help drive continuous improvement across the domain.
* Support delivery across multiple technology teams, ensuring alignment to priorities, outcomes and timelines.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives.
* Manage and groom team backlogs with Product Owners, ensuring work is prioritised and iteration-ready.
* Coordinate delivery planning, estimates, dependencies and issue resolution across teams.
* Maintain delivery plans, workflows, metrics and reporting to support transparency and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, clarify and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
* Support solution design, testing and delivery by providing ongoing business and requirements analysis.
* Promote consistent agile practices, coach teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate delivery progress, risks and decisions effectively.
What will you bring?
* 3–5+ years' experience in Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst or similar delivery roles within technology teams.
* Strong experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile delivery practices.
* Proven business analysis skills including requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and supporting complex change initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning and continuous improvement.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, process mapping and problem-solving.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
* Experience with agile collaboration and planning tools such as Atlassian products.
* Agile and/or business analysis certifications (for example, Certified ScrumMaster or IIBA) highly regarded.
