**Multimedia Specialist**
**Hello Espresso **is an independent and diversified communications company, and the umbrella organisation for a pair of companies that provide professional consulting services across a range of disciplines, including government relations, broad spectrum marketing and communications and strategic content development.
We are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join our team and work across our brands. To be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in technology, government policy and current affairs.
You will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day execution of the commercial side of our brands to develop and deliver first class multimedia projects and events on time and on budget. You will be responsible for projects from start to finish, including podcasts, live-streamed in-studio panels, webinars, roundtables, video podcasts, webcast interviews.
Key responsibility areas will include but are not limited to;
- Coordinate the production of digital media and in person events
- Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
- Coordinate workflow and documentation
- Make sure events are running smoothly and provide in-person tech support for online and offline events
- Accurate reporting
- Actively maintain our social media presence, whilst observing trends and building on our existing strategy
**Other key criteria are**:
- Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple competing priorities
- Relevant multimedia tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- The ability to design, write and edit material to a high standard.
- A talent for communicating complex concepts in clear language.
- Excellent time management, project management and client liaison skills.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in a highly professional setting
- Comfortable with working and interviewing a range of people, including senior executives.
Salary on offer will range from 70,000 - 73,000 + super
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
