We are seeking a motivated Sales Support and Livestock team member to help process livestock sales and assist with in-store agricultural merchandise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier branch administrative support – accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
* Manage livestock sales – commercial, stud auctions, horse sales, plus support feedlot and livestock input business
* Build strong vendor and purchaser relationships – reconciliation, debt collection
* Help customers with pricing and product queries
* Process counter sales and keep the branch running smoothly
Requirements:
* Experience in a busy team support role
* Passion for Australian farming and agriculture
* Proactive, organised, and with an eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills – customer relationships are a strength
* Problem solver with empathy and initiative
* Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and able to learn new systems quickly
