Uniting is currently looking for flexible and dedicated Disability Support Workers to engage with participants residing independently in their homes across the Central Coast, from Narara to The Entrance, Bateau Bay, and Killarney Vale. **About the Opportunity**
- SCHADS Level 2 base rate starting from $32.20 per hour, with additional penalty rates, superannuation, and salary packaging benefits.
- Multiple permanent part-time positions available (20 hours or more per fortnight).
**What you will be doing;**
- Aiding with daily life activities both at home and in the community.
- Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavors.
- Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.
- Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements.
**Who we are looking for;**
- Previous experience or qualifications in disability or aged care are desirable but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check is necessary.
- A Full NSW Drivers license and comprehensive car insurance are required for the role.
- Holding a current First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.
