We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Chef to join our team in a Full Time capacity with an annual salary of $76,600 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Prepares orders for all produce required for cooking
* Prepares Meats, Fish, Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta, Rice for al la cart e menu and for catering functions.
* Produces meals that are nutritional and within menu and budget guidelines.
* Maintains stock levels of food products and resources.
* Maintains clean and hygienic workplace.
* Maintains OH&S regulations in workplace.
* Supervises assistants in kitchen.
* Prepares menus and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
* Diploma in Hospitality Management
* At least 3 years experience working as Chef in a large restaurant
