An opportunity has presented itself for a motivated and safety focused Terminal Operator to join our Kalgoorlie operations. What You’ll Do As a Terminal Operator, you play a vital role in the safe and efficient movement of freight, with a strong focus on yard operations, shunting, and train preparation. Key responsibilities include Shunting and train examination duties associated with arrival, departure, marshalling and preparation of trains. Inspection of trains and equipment during train operations Ensure security and general housekeeping is maintained throughout the area of responsibility. Ensure Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards and obligations are satisfied. What you’ll bring The successful candidate will be passionate about safety and can stay aware of yourself and others in a fast-paced work environment. You will have strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills.
