About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a high-performing team. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure and cloud projects while acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues. Working across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as the final escalation point (L3) for complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis across multi-tenant environments Own and optimise core platforms across Windows, Azure, M365, and virtualisation Lead maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle planning of systems Work closely with vendors and third parties to resolve critical incidents Deliver project engineering (design, implementation, migrations, upgrades) Support service transition into BAU and ongoing operational governance Engage with customers, contributing to service reviews and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Essential: Extensive experience delivering complex IT solutions Proven experience delivering Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud migrations. Strong background in systems and network design, including security best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
