We're looking for a Junior-Mid Full Stack / Front-End Developer (3–5 years' experience) to join a small, collaborative digital team and help shape the next phase of web platforms.
This is a great opportunity for a strong front-end engineer who has knowledge of backend development, work on a major website redesign, and be involved in a platform migration project.
What you'll be doing:
* Build and maintain modern front-end web experiences
* Work with analytics, design, and digital stakeholders to implement best-practice UI/UX
* Develop CMS-driven websites (AEM experience ideal, but other CMS platforms are welcome)
* Work on API integrations and collaborate with external agencies
* Contribute to new digital products and platform redesign initiatives
What we're looking for:
* 3–5 years experience in front-end web development
* Knowledge of Java
* Experience with modern front-end frameworks and CMS platforms
* Understanding of web best practices and analytics-driven development
* Familiarity with APIs and integrations
Package & Details:
* Salary: $110,000 - $117,000 + monthly bonus
* Hybrid: Tuesday & Thursday in the office, flexible otherwise
