About The Role
We are seeking a Vocational Trainer who can plan, deliver, and assess nationally recognised training for senior secondary students in any combination of the following qualifications:
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Certificate III in Business
* Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
* Certificate III in IT
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Certificate II in Horticulture
* Additional qualifications and experience with Cloud Assess or similar online platforms would also be favourable.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Design and deliver training programs aligned with relevant Training Packages and AQF standards.
* Assess student competency and maintain accurate records to ensure RTO compliance.
* Facilitate structured workplace learning and liaise with employers to support student placements.
* Monitor and maintain equipment and consumables used in practical training environments.
* Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
