What You'll Do
* Service, maintain, install refrigeration
* Diagnose faults, repair, replace components, perform preventative maintenance
* Liaise with clients (restaurants, events, mining etc.) to deliver excellent customer service
* Assist in planning jobs
* Work safely, follow company and regulatory procedures

Who We're Looking For
* Fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (ARCtick)
* Proven track record in commercial / industrial refrigeration (minimum 3+ years)
* Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing manner
* Valid driver's licence (manual)
* Forklift licence (an advantage), electrical trade background or dual trade experience – advantage
* Self-motivated, reliable, team‐player
