Structural Engineering Excellence
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will manage Capital and OPEX projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, on schedule, and on budget while meeting all statutory and safety standards.
* You will design and install structural components such as platforms, supports, and anchor points.
* You will lead major steelwork repairs and plant refurbishments.
* You will manage consultants for larger structural projects and coordinate contractors.
* You will develop business cases, scopes of work, and improvement initiatives.
* You will prepare conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
* You will conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with site and statutory requirements.
* You will drive risk assessments, audits, and change management processes.
* You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements
* A degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
* Proven experience managing structural projects from design through to execution.
* Strong planning, cost control, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
* Eligibility for National Engineering Registration or Chartered status (preferred).
