Our Client is seeking someone experienced in supporting administration that thrives in a fast paced environment; to help clients & staff in the smooth running of a busy wealth & planning practice. Its essential that you have prior experience working in business support in an Accounting firm.
Key day to day responsibilities:
* Help with administrative support to the team & clients
* Be first point of contact for incoming calls
* Maintaining client company registers and internal documents
* Help organise meeting rooms for clients
* Support the team with invoicing, client follows ups & document management
* Order office supplies when needed
* Help organise company events & work shops
Skills & experience to be successful:
* Experience as an Administrator in Accounting Firm
* Strong client facing skills & a pro-active approach
* Ability to multi-task in an agile environment
* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
