Procurement and Partnership Management Opportunity
The ideal candidate for this role will lead a high-performing team to deliver strategic commercial support in procurement and contract management.
* They will be responsible for embedding corporate frameworks, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving consistent value from critical contracts.
Additionally, the successful candidate will drive performance reporting, benchmarking, and strategic initiatives to maximise value from asset lifecycle partnerships.

Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and motivating a multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration across internal teams, and providing expert advice and oversight across procurement strategy and contract management.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influence, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a complex environment.
Experience in water sector or utilities is highly desirable but not essential.

Requirements
* Qualifications in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Law, or related field
* Deep knowledge and experience in strategic procurement, commercial management, and contract lifecycle management
* Leadership, coaching, and development experience
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influence, and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a complex environment
* Direct experience in water sector or utilities - highly desirable
