Expert Payroll Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced payroll consultant to lead Employee Central Payroll implementations and collaborate with global delivery teams.
* Configure and deploy Employee Central Payroll, guiding solution design and implementation as a subject matter expert.
* Lead workshops, present solutions, and conduct proof-of-concepts with clients.
* Estimate project efforts and deliver outcomes, recommending innovative payroll solutions aligned with SAP standards.
* Develop business process documentation and functional specifications for payroll solutions.
* Conduct implementation and training workshops for SAP power users and test cycles.
* Coordinate integration requirements with other SAP modules, including Finance and HCM.
Key Qualifications:
* 8–10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support.
* Strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia.
* Experience in integration with S/4HANA HCM and Finance modules.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
