T&S Traffic Control is a TfNSW G10-accredited, ISO-certified traffic management company operating across NSW. We're a growing team known for our professionalism, safety culture, and reliable service to some of Sydney's leading construction and civil contractors. We're now looking for experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to join our crew based in and around the Schofields area.
About the Role
We have casual opportunities available for both Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to support ongoing construction and infrastructure projects across Northwest Sydney and broader NSW. Day and night shifts are on offer, with consistent work for the right candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Safely setting up and managing traffic control sites in accordance with approved TCPs
• Operating stop/slow bats, cones, signs, and other traffic control equipment
• Communicating clearly with the public, site supervisors, and your crew
• Team Leaders: supervising crews on site, conducting pre-starts, and ensuring compliance with TfNSW and WHS requirements
• Maintaining accurate site records and completing digital checklists
What We're Looking For
• Current NSW Traffic Controller accreditation
• Current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans accreditation
• Current Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan accreditation (preferred but not essential)
• Current White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Experience in construction/civil traffic control environments
• Minimum 1-2 years traffic control experience required
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Available for both day and night shifts
• Available to work 3-4 days per week minimum
• Own reliable transport (essential)
