We are now looking for Strategy/M&A Management Consultants with Subject Matter Expertise in Design, Architecture and Construction to join us on a contractual / project basis.
**Key Responsbilities**:
- Strategic analysis, financial modelling, and processes.
- Develop strategic frameworks, financial / merger models (including P&L, cashflow and balance sheets) from scratch, including translation of complex company financial statements into user friendly models and outputs that clients can drive and update as required.
- Financial and market research, analysis and benchmarking
- Assess and analysis growth and M&A opportunities.
- Identify and assess revenue and operational synergy opportunities.
- Business valuations across a range of valuation methods, modelling techniques and analytics tools.
- Prepare and present reports,
- Facilitate discussions with clients regarding the options, analysis and recommendations presented.
- Communicate with senior level executives.
**What we are looking for**:
- Strategy, M&A or investment background or significant experience in financial analysis and interpretation and business valuations
- In-house corporate strategy experience or a work history in corporate advisory/investment firms, M&A divisions of accounting firms or consulting firms.
- Combination of finance qualifications and experience in strategy and M&A projects.
- A track record of playing a substantive role in transactions across at least one of these industries: sales and distribution, manufacturing, services, and technology industries.
- Strong ability to work across multiple engagements with autonomy.
- Advanced excel as well as intermediate Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint skills, and knowledge of BI tools.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per day
