About the role This position will be accountable for delivering a wide variety of land management and community focused works within the Grampians area of management. This may include environmental works, maintenance of built infrastructure and visitor facilities, cleaning and maintenance at campsites, walking tracks and road management, visitor engagement, recovery from damage caused by fire and extreme weather events as required. A key focus of the role is to contribute to the effective delivery of the asset management program and visitor site cleaning and maintenance program About The Team We are a diverse and dynamic team, with a passion for the protection and celebration of the Gariwerd Landscape. * Demonstrated skills in the maintenance and construction of park assets such as signs, campgrounds, fences, and built assets
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
* The incumbent must be available to work weekends and public holidays if required.
