The Digital & eCommerce Assistant is an important support role at our Snooze corporate office. This position is required to support and maintain the eCommerce Website and Digital marketing activity to deliver a superior customer experience
- Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines
- Review categories, sub-categories, brands and collections to ensure accuracy
- Audit photos and online content to ensure it is always to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with immediate team members and across departments to document errors and troubleshoot
- Curate and merchandise products and collections to support marketing activities or in line with digital marketing recommendations & reports
- Creating briefs for all new campaign assets (homepage banners, category banners & features as required)
- Review and update relevant website content as needed
- Support Marketing Campaigns with relevant updates on website as required
**To be successful in the role you will need**
- Experience in the retail industry preferred
- Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal, written and analytical
- Results oriented with an ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business
- A positive can-do attitude with a desire to excel and achieve in your role
- Shopify experience preferred but not essential
