Based in our fantastic office in Robina, with flexible work arrangements available post- training, this phone-based role encompasses:
Establishing robust relationships with doctors, delving into their qualified and lifestyle aspirations.
Assessing and qualifying doctors for work opportunities aligned with their goals.
Cultivating and nurturing partnerships with General Practices and healthcare providers, aligning with their staffing requirements.
Innovating solutions to address the distinct needs of doctors and practices.
Facilitating negotiations and finalizing agreements between doctors and healthcare services.
Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborating with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve collective success.
