This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People Systems Administrator. You will provide full systems administrative support, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the HR Information System (UKG).
* Collate new starter information and set up new staff personnel files.
* Receive and process staff detail amendments, including leavers, and update personnel files.
* Communicate all staff amendments to payroll by cut-off date.
* Update electronic HR records on a weekly basis.
* Update FTE report from staff amendment forms and staff rota information.
* Maintain staff personnel files through the HR system.
* Produce monthly MI trackers/reports.
* Draft letters to support performance management, disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and capability processes.
* Administer the performance appraisal process and documentation.
* Assist in the inductions of new Head Office staff.
* Contribute to the development and review of current HR administration processes to meet the changing requirements of the business.
