Plant Operator Job
Your next opportunity awaits you in our Linwood Quarry in Seacliff Park. We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment.
As a Plant Operator, your day will be filled with exciting challenges:
* Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.
* Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
* Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
* Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Experience with mobile plant operation is essential. Sales Loader experience is a bonus.
* HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
* Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
* Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
* Available to work Monday to Saturday.
