Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Child and Family Case Manager located in Logan QLD. The Child and Family Case Manager will be responsible for providing direct support to children and families, delivering comprehensive case management services. The role involves developing and implementing case plans coordinating with other service providers, and maintaining detailed case records. Additionally, the Case Manager will engage with clients to assess their needs, provide support during crises, and ensure that services are delivered effectively and empathetically.
Qualifications
* Experience in Social Work and Family Services
* Skills in child protection and Case Management
* Proficient in delivering Case Management Services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Knowledge of local community resources and services
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
