• Build strong internal relationships with key business partners, fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with various customer service functions and company departments, including Billing, Sales and Finance.
• Maintain strong relationships with service technicians out on the road and office staff.
• Ensure the following day's schedule is organized and communicated to service technicians.
• Communicate with customers to provide regular updates and respond immediately to any deviation from initial plans.
• Allocate and dispatch technicians within booked time frames, whilst ensuring adherence to KPI's and compliance.
• Ensure service orders are closed in a timely manner and billed.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes and deliverables are met.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self‐motivated, energetic, and driven by a strong work ethic.
• Sound knowledge of standard computer programs.
• Financial and business acumen desired but not required.
• Experience in a Dispatch Role.

• Support, training and an onboarding program.
• A wealth of knowledge of coffee machine, coffee beans and other products.
