About the Role
The Trade Counter Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Providing expert advice and guidance to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople to help them access the products they need.
* Quote Provision: Offering quotes in person and over the phone to meet customer needs.
* Pick Packing and Stock Control: Efficiently managing stock levels and undertaking pick packing activities to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Branch Maintenance: Contributing to a safe and tidy working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Delivery Support: Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle, requiring a clean valid driver's license.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
* The ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
* Clean valid driver's license and flexibility to work varied shifts.
