Manufacturing excellence requires skilled professionals who can effectively operate metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines, as well as general sheet metal equipment. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for manufacturing goods to customer specifications, interpreting product drawings, picking and packing products, and participating in training on the use of specific plant and equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience in a similar position, and the ability to interpret product drawings or willingness to learn. Additionally, they should be physically fit to undertake frequent movement and lifting, with attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. A problem solver who can develop solutions meeting customer needs is highly regarded.
