WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing buyer relationships, and managing property campaigns.

You will:

* Prospect for new business opportunities through calls, networking, and relationship building
* Manage buyer and vendor relationships throughout campaigns
* Conduct open homes and private inspections
* Build and maintain a strong database and referral network
* Follow up leads and nurture long-term client relationships
* Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams
* Continue growing your market presence and personal brand
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confidence with prospecting and lead generation activities
* Ability to work within a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Professional presentation and client management capability
* Strong work ethic and motivation to grow within the industry
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Existing database or local market presence
* Experience managing property campaigns independently
* Strong social media or personal branding capability
* Experience within high-volume or premium residential markets
