We're seeking 2 x enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support professionals to join our client known for its high-quality products and outstanding service in the horticultural industry.
1 x Full time role
1 x Part-time role (would suit school hours)
In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you'll support both our valued customers and internal sales team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience every time.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — handling phone, email, and website enquiries with professionalism and care. You'll also provide internal support to our remote and travelling sales team, ensuring they have the information and assistance they need to deliver results.
No two days will be the same You'll thrive on variety, balancing customer communication, administrative support, and teamwork in a busy environment.
About You
You'll bring energy, initiative, and a strong commitment to customer service. Ideally, you'll also have an interest in or knowledge of the horticultural industry (though full product training will be provided).
Your background includes:
* Proven experience in customer service and/or sales support roles
* A reputation for building trusted relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A high level of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, CRM systems)
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
You'll also be known for your:
