The role of National Technical Trainer is key to developing and delivering technical training programs across our field service, engineering, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver structured training programs for field service and technical staff (onboarding, upskilling, refresher).
* Support competency assessments and certification programs.
* Lead knowledge-sharing and technical documentation initiatives.
* Administer and improve our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 45001 Safety).
* Drive internal audits, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement projects.
* Collaborate with managers to identify training needs linked to business strategy and compliance.
* Provide technical coaching to ensure consistent national standards.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional design, technical field).

* Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry-specific regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to travel frequently to various locations.
