Job Description
We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as receptionists/customer service representatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to guests and members
* Performing reception duties with professionalism
* Assisting with stock take and administrative tasks
* Driving sales through engagement
* Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym

* Exceptional customer service skills
* A passion for the health and fitness industry
Eligibility requires:
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong PC literacy and administration skills
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
