Job Title: Asset and Logistics Supervisor
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our asset and logistics division. This will include managing the inwards/outwards flow and transport of goods and equipment, conducting prestart/toolbox meetings, and mentoring team members.
We are looking for a proactive and safety-conscious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in a similar supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the asset and logistics division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the inwards/outwards flow and transport of goods and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
* Mentor Team Members: Mentor and guide team members, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
* Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting or exceeding quality expectations.
* Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a track record of success.
