As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and great food.

You will drive sales and ensure utmost customer satisfaction by empowering teams and creating a dynamic and rewarding environment.

4. Coach team members through workshops and online training
5. Maintain compliance and uphold high standards


Requirements

* Previous leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
* A customer-first approach and the ability to empower teams
* The capacity to spread positive vibes and create a dynamic and rewarding environment
