**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing invoices, managing stationery and supplies, and performing various other tasks as required.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices and ensure timely payments
* Manage stationery and supply of kitchen essentials
* Administer petty cash and reconcile expenses
* Assist with onboarding new staff members
* Perform day-to-day payroll execution
* Support event organization and management
* Provide telephone support to the Network Director of News and Public Affairs
* Complete general administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and mail management
