We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Dealer Principal to lead our dealership's operations, culture, and financial performance. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitability, and developing high‑performing teams. About the role:
* Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover.
* Create a profit orientated environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance, parts & accessories, service department, new and used motorcycle sales.
* Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and maintain manufacturer relationships.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources.
* Staff training and development including performance management reviews.
* Work closely with marketing department to plan dealership specific events and promotions.
About you:
* You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and/or finance & insurance sales within an automotive dealership.
* Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance.
* Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position you must have strong sales experience in a car or motorcycle dealership.
