A permanent full-time role in Villawood, NSW for a well established company specialising in the steel fabrication, installation and welding industry for over 35 years, for a SMP(steel, mechanical and piping) Estimator, Estimator or Cost estimator to provide estimation and reviewing contracts for various large project across NSW.

A normal day involves
4. Review project plans and specifications.
5. Develop and review estimates.
6. Convert enquiries into sales.
7. Negotiate project agreements.
8. Meet with project managers, engineers, and vendors.
9. Estimate costs using specialised software.
10. Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.
11. Review and update cost estimates.
12. Attend meetings with stakeholders.
13. Summarize progress and prepare for the next day

Your will need

19. Great written and communication skills
