The Opportunity
As a Client Service Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of clients, working directly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily operations remain smooth, and any issues are spotted early and actioned accordingly.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting role. It's not your ordinary service role
Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries and bookings across phone, email and system channels
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide proactive updates
* Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contact
* Investigate and resolve complaints, escalating when required
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for your clients
Qualifications
* Previous customer service or account management experience is highly regarded but not necessary
* Retail or Hospitality experience with good tenure is highly regarded
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (Excel a plus)
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Degree qualification preferred but not essential
