Overview
Edrill Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Cert IV Drillers who are ready to step into a Supervisor pathway role on a new drilling program commencing mid-March 2026. This role is ideally suited to a capable driller who wants to take the next step — starting on the drill, training crews, and progressing into a supervisory position as the project ramps up.
Equipment
UDR 200D or DE710 equivalent surface drills (track mounted)
Future mobilisation of 3 Underground drills (mid-2026)
Underground experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will:
* Operate and start up surface drill rigs
* Train and mentor drillers and assistants
* Supervise drilling operations and crews
* Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues
* Carry out minor maintenance and repairs
* Liaise directly with the client and site management

Requirements
* Cert IV in Drilling (or equivalent experience)
* Strong mechanical aptitude
