About The Role
As a skilled clinician, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care that promotes client autonomy, enhances resilience, and improves overall quality of life for both individuals and their family carers.
Your empathetic approach will help our clients maintain their independence and social connections.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver effective clinical care that enhances client self-determination, capacity, and resilience as well as improves social engagement and quality of life for the individual and family carer.
* Have experience in aged or community care, or be passionate to begin a career in aged care with nursing experience in the wider health sector.
* Be adaptable, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live up to our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
* Be committed to contemporary aged care practice.
* Possess a relevant nursing degree with current registration.
* A current driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
