Job Title: Part Time Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at McDonald Street Medical Centre in Mordialloc, VIC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to provide expert care and develop your skills in a General Practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care to people with complex needs or diverse backgrounds and age demographics
* Work autonomously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Manage reminder and recall systems effectively to ensure seamless patient care
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Background working in a busy General Practice and/or primary health setting
* Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (an advantage)
* Ability to perform general practice nurse duties, such as immunisations, procedure assistance, wound dressing, stock ordering, etc.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond to patients' needs in a friendly manner
